BI Analyst

We are looking for an intelligent and curious BI Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a data-driven culture and decision making, influence product roadmaps and business planning - and be responsible to report on their results
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Develop strong relationships and work in cooperation with cross-functional teams within the company to create comprehensive conclusions and recommendations.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, clarity and deliver better value to the organization.

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering / Information system/ Statistics/ Mathematics or equivalent academic knowledge
  • 4+ years experience in a role as a BI analyst in a highly data-rich environment – a Must
  • Experienced with very large and complex data sets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge and experience with databases (SQL -Must, DWH – Must, BQ - an advantage), programming (Python, Go, ETL frameworks- an Advantage)
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical tests - an advantage
  • Strong Data visualization and storytelling skills.
